Louis Melvin Scott, 77, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on February 24, 2018. Mr. Scott was born January 21, 1941 in Florida.

Survivors include three sons Louis Scott Jr., Timothy Scott, and Joseph Banks; daughter Alicia Houston; and many grandchildren.
